All TNPF members are encouraged to nominate, whether you are:

Active member

Voluntary member

Self-employed

Working locally or overseas

WHAT IS A NOMINATION?

A nomination is your written instruction to TNPF about who you want to receive your benefits in the event of your death.

You can update or change your nomination at any time.

Collect a Nomination Form from any TNPF Office or Download it from our website.

Fill in the Details

Provide your personal information and details of your nominee(s).

Nominate one or more people and indicate the share or percentage you wish to give.

Sign and date the form in the presence of a witness.

Submit to TNPF

Submit the completed form to any TNPF office.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

You can nominate family members, relatives, friends, or any person you trust.

You can change your nomination at any time by submitting the Change of Nomination Form.

If you do not nominate, your benefits will be paid according to the TNPF Act.

Your nomination does not affect any other benefits you may be entitled to.

Full name and TNPF membership number of the nominee(s).

Relationship to you.

Date of birth of nominee(s).

Address and contact information.

Share or perccentage for each nominee.
